You can book online any time through the booking system, call the studio on 0401 847 167, or send a message through the contact page. Every enquiry is answered personally by Lorraine.

The studio is at Level 2, 206 Currumburra Rd, Ashmore, on the Gold Coast — by appointment, with parking on site. Lorraine also serves clients from across the Gold Coast including Southport, Surfers Paradise, Hope Island, Runaway Bay and Helensvale.

A booking deposit secures your appointment and is put toward the treatment cost. The exact amount is confirmed when you book. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.

As a guide: brows from $745, lip blush from $695, and eyeliner from $395 per session. Skin treatments such as peels and microneedling start from $195. Paramedical, plasma fibroblast and some skin treatments are quoted at consultation because they're tailored to you. Follow-up sessions are priced separately. Cosmetic tattoo heals differently on every person, so a follow-up (usually 4–8 weeks after the first session) lets Lorraine perfect the colour and shape once your skin has settled. It's booked and priced separately rather than bundled, so you only pay for what you need.

Common payment methods are accepted in-studio; the current options are confirmed when you book. Gift vouchers are available and make a popular present — ask Lorraine directly to arrange one.

Most clients describe it as very manageable — a light scratching or vibration rather than sharp pain. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the session to keep you comfortable, and many clients relax completely (some even fall asleep). Lips can feel slightly more sensitive than brows.

Allow around 1.5 to 2 hours for most cosmetic tattoo treatments. That includes the consultation, colour and shape mapping (which you approve in the mirror before any pigment is placed), numbing, and the treatment itself. There's never any rush.

Yes. Lorraine uses sterile, single-use needles and certified pigments, and follows strict hygiene protocols throughout. With over 20 years in the cosmetic industry and international training, safety and precision underpin every treatment.

As a precaution, cosmetic tattoo is generally not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If this applies to you, Lorraine will happily talk through timing at your consultation so you're ready when the time is right.

Cosmetic tattoo is semi-permanent. Brows and eyeliner typically last 1–3 years and lip blush around 2–5 years, depending on your skin, lifestyle and sun exposure. A colour refresh every 12–24 months keeps results looking their best.

The colour looks bolder for the first few days, then softens as the skin heals. There's usually some light flaking around days 4–7. Brows are largely settled by 6–8 weeks and lips by 4–6 weeks. You'll receive an aftercare cream and clear written instructions to follow.
